Annex Council Okay8 Contract of Register

Student Council polished off final plans for the Radcliffe freshman register act yesterday's meeting by approving a contract drawn up by the Yearbook in conjunction with the Harvard CRIMSON.

Continuing last week a discussion on campaign regulations, council members passed a recommendation that no candidate be allowed to join forces with another candidate in campaigning by running with her on the same slate
