Loeb Freed on Charge Of Manslaughter Here

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Stanley R. Loeb '54, acquitted yesterday morning on the charge of manslaughter, will appeal the $100 fine given him by the First District Court of South Middlesex.

The Court, while finding him not guilty on a manslaughter charge, ruled that he had operated his automobile so as to "endanger life on the highway," and that he was therefore subject to the fine.
