'55 Eleven Meets Dartmouth Away

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Seriously weakened by injured key men, the Yearling football team will face Dartmouth's freshman eleven in Hanover at 2 p.m. today.

Each squad is seeking its first victory in this traditionally tough game. The Crimson eleven has lost three in a row, while the Indian freshmen dropped their only game to Amherst, 12 to 0.

Quarterback Paul Murphy, offensive star in last week's Bruin contest, did not make the trip. He sustained a shoulder injury late in the third period, after passing for six first downs and two touch downs. Bernie Kafka, outstanding defensive tackle, and halfback Frank White will not see action. Both men were shaken up in the Brown game.

Crimson Coach Bob Margarita has been working on the unfamiliar T-formation, which his team used for the first time Saturday.
