Booters Seek First Win Over Green in 3 Years

Bruce Munro's soccer team will try again to better its .500 average at 2 p.m. this afternoon when it takes on Dartmouth on the Business School Field Again the Crimson will be almost evenly matched against its opponent, but to win it will have to break a jinx. For two years the Indians have beaten the varsity

This year Dartmouth brings another good team to Cambridge. The Green's record is three wins, and one defeat, that a 2 to 1 loss to Army, which is probably the strongest in the East. The Indians beat Connecticut, 7 to 1, Wesleyan, 2 to 0, and Massachusetts, 4 to 0. Harvard has won one, lost one, and tied two.

Harvey is Back

In today's lineup, Munro has one new face, John Harvey at center forward. Harvey won his letter two years ago as a wing, but he did not play last year and he had not been working out this year until this week. Though he is inexperienced, he has a good foot. The rent of the team will be the same.

The Indians have a junior All American fullback in john Hall, and an experienced line back from last year. The Crimson defense will have to go all out to continue its record of three unscored on games. After allowing four game Harvard has held B.U., Williams, and Springs field scoreless.

This will be the next to last home game for the Crimson--M.I.T. plays here next Tuesday. The Techmen lost to Tufts Wednesday, 5 to 1.

Tech has an experienced club but erratic, but the Jumbos beat the Crimson.
