NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The varsity hockey squad held its first informal practice of the season from 11 p.m. to midnight yesterday at the Boston Skating Club. Coach Cooney Weiland attended unofficially.

A series of similar practices has been planned by Captain Dusty Burke and his co-defenseman Bill Bliss in an effort to warm up the squad before official practices begin on November 6. The expenses of the series are being carried by the players.
