Two Players Hurt In Practice Drills Of House Squads

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Two House athletes were injured yesterday, as House teams held violent scrimmage sessions in preparation for games today and tomorrow.

Adams back Duncan Stevens had his leg broken in a pile-up. He was rushed to Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. In another scrimmage tussle Dunster lineman Fred Koch appeared to have broken his neck. Teammates carried Koch from the field on a stretcher, but doctors at Dillon Field House said the injury was only a non-serious muscle pull.

Adams Meets Kirkland

Adams meets Kirkland today, while Lowell takes on a weak Dudley squad. The Funsters, who tipped Eliot by one touchdown last week, play Winthrop tomorrow, in a game which may decide the House League championship.
