Superior Court has postponed until today the trial of Joseph W. Duane and James L. McLeod, accused of stealing several thousand dollars from College rooms last term.
The trial was originally scheduled for yesterday morning, but an earlier case on the docket took up the whole day in court.
Duane has already pleaded guilty to charges of breaking, entering, and larceny, and is expected to testify against McLeod. Four students are also witnesses for the prosecution.
