The Business School has entered into an agreement with the Law School to sponsor Justice Rand of the Canadian Supreme Court in a talk on October 31. This is the first time the two schools have joined together on a project of this nature.
Rand is prominent for his work in Canada on legal relations between the government and business and has formed much of the policy in this field through his court decisions.
Dean Chapin of the Business School expects him to be "one of the three most outstanding speakers that will appear this year." He did not mention the other two. The talk will be held in Langdell Hall.
