Veterans disabled since World War II, Whether in combat service, routine duty, training, or maneuvers, will receive the same vocational training benefits given to World War II veterans, according to a bill signed Friday by President Truman.

Veterans will be given school or on-the-job training, with all tuition, supplies, and a subsistence allowance paid by the Veterans Administration.
