The Law School's third biennial analysis of positions in the field of Law will open this afternoon at 4 p.m. with a keynote address by Assistant Dean Louis A. Toepfer on "How to Find a Law Job." His talk will be given in Langdell South Middle.
Fifteen panel discussions, ranging from "Teaching Law" to "Lawyers in Politics," have been divided into four one-and-a-half hour periods; they will start tomorrow when the "School for Young Lawyers" really gets under way. Designed to analyze opportunities in the various fields of Law, they are open to undergraduate as well as graduate students.
Some of the topics to be discussed include "Labor," "Legal Department of a Corporation," "Administrative Law," "Women in Law," "Lawyer in Government," and ten others.
Admission to the School for Young Lawyers, the Law Forum's first 1951 project, is free to season ticket holders, though $1.00 will be charged for single tickets to the Friday discussions. The Conference will be held again in 1953-1954.
