The Lowell House library was filled with diligent scholars on Sunday night almost all of Sunday night.

As the stroke of ten sounded in the steeple tower someone got up to leave. He lurched at the door and was bounced back. An iron chain had been strung across the back of the door and the room's occupants were sealed in.

Word get through to the outside and after 20 minutes had passed, a smooth fingered janitor picked the lock and led the sheep out.
