End-of-the-season rates for term bills end at 5 p.m. tomorrow, when the auto rises ten dollars a head. The scramble to pay in time will direct itself toward Lehman Hall, and the Harvard Trust will accept payment until its 2 p.m. closing hour. Checks mailed to Lehman Hall and postmarked by 12 midnight will also be accepted.
