HDC to Give Play By Wilder in Fall

"The Skin of Our Teeth," by Thornton Wilder will be the Dramatic Club's major production next fall. Wilder, who will be here as a visiting lecturer next year, will help the H.D.C. under the title of "general production supervisor."

The play, a satirical history of the human race, will run November 15 through 18, 21 through 23, and 25 in Sanders Theatre. This run includes performances after the Brown and Yale games.

As a warm-up for the major production, the H.D.C. will stage "The Man in the Bowler Hat," a satire by A. A. Milne, in the newly-instituted Court Theatre behind the Hygiene Building. This play, to be directed by Sherman H. Hawkins '51, will run the first week in October.
