College debaters suffered a double loss in the first round of the Big Three debate series last Friday. Walter C. Carrington '52, Lloyd J. Walker '50 and Melvin L. Zurier '50 lost to Princeton here, 3 to 0, on the topic: "Resolved, That the U.S. recognize Communist China." At New Haven, William C. Becker '51, Richard W. Hulbert '51, and Bruce S. Lane '52 lost, 2 to 1, on the same topic.
