Radcliffe's annual Field Day started off yesterday afternoon with a jacks tournament between Miss Florence Garfish (right) head resident of Cabot fall and Mrs. Helen Keller, head resident of Harnard Hall.

In softball, Cabot Hall was defeated in the intramural playoffs, 4 to 3, by the combined team of Eliot, Whitman, and Bertram Halls.

The Athletic Association awarded blazers to three girls who have made 750 points in athletic participation: Mary Brandt '51, Mary March '51, and Janet Stewart '50.

Entertainment during the course of the afternoon also included three-legged and balloon races.
