One undergraduate's last term bill included a record $36.75 assessment for library messenger fees, according to Lamont Librarian Philip J. McNiff. In an attempt to reduce violations, Lamont is sending out notice to all men who have had more than four late books, asking them to come in for conferences with the library staff.
