Radcliffe will install oil heating systems in all Annex Yard buildings this summer in a move to cut operating expenses, 'Cliffe Business Manager Richard W. Thorpe disclosed yesterday.
Thorpe said that the cost of installation has prevented a similar change from coal to oil heating in Radcliffe's Quadrangle dormitories.
