Gertrude Stein, Vera Micheles Dean, and Elizabeth Coatsworth are among the important Radcliffe graduates whose books are included in a collection located in Byerly Hall and in Radcliffe Library.
Radcliffe has tried to keep a complete collection of books written by 'Cliffe graduates. It now has an assortment of over 1200 books and as many more pamphlets and magazines.
All books that have been written by Annex graduates in the last four years that the library has been able to discover are in the 'Cliffe library. The rest of the collection is located in Byerly Hall.
The Radcliffe Quarterly, published by the Alumnae Association, reviews almost all of the books that are written by 'Cliffe women. After the books have been reviewed they are sent to the Library collection.
