Kerensky, Senator Bridges Speak for College Groups

Styles Bridges, Republican Senator from New Hampshire, will address a Republican Open Forum at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the Lamont Forum Room. Though he has not announced his topic, Bridges is expected to discuss latest developments in bi-partisan foreign policy.

As Republican with the longest Senate tenure, in the absence of Senator Arthur H. Vandenberg, Bridges was called to the White House Tuesday for the first of a series of conferences to keep Republican leaders "informed of the course of foreign affairs."

Truman's invitation was called a surprise, since the President recently labelled Bridges one of the Kremlin's greatest "assets."

At 10 p.m. tonight Bridges will answer questions on a student "Meet the Press" program on WHRB.
