Long-driving Doug Wilde will lead off for the Crimson golfers this afternoon when the team meets a strong Amherst contingent at the Dedham Country and Polo Club. The match is expected to be a close one, as Amherst defeated the Crimson 4 to 3 last year, and the lineups are about the same.
Sam Seager, whose 75 was low medal Monday, will play in the number two position, followed by Captain Bob Matson, Jack Denton, Dave German, Paul Weissman, and Hugh Nawn.
Tilley Daniels, Graf Monen, and Frank Diver lead the Amherst team. Last year Daniels was one of the top qualifiers in the New England Intercollegiate Tourney.
