Council Will Ask $2 From Each Student

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

All incoming and returning students will be asked for $2 contribution to the Student Council funds at fall registration next year.

This method of soliciting council funds is a departure from the system, used the past few years under which contributors to the Combined Charities Drive automatically allotted 20 percent of their gifts to the Council unless specified otherwise.

The Council's drive for funds will be followed by a separate drive on behalf of the Combined Charities.

The Council also announced at its weekly meeting that it will begin nomination committee meetings for the Council tomorrow at 7 p.m. in Dunster and Lowell.
