Stephen Myron Schwebel '50, of New York City and Lowell House, has been appointed head of the American office and representative to the United Nations by the World Federation of United Nations Associations, John A. F. Annals announced yesterday.
Schwebel is the founder and chairman of the untied Nations Council at the University. He is a member of the executive committee and national board of directors of the Association for the UN.
