Returning alumni and graduating seniors will cooperate in sponsoring an informal dance at Lowell House on the evening of June 22--the eve of the 1950 Commencement ceremonies.
Peter E. Pratt '40, secretary of the Alumni Association, and David I. Coombs '50, chairman of the Class Day Committee disclosed yesterday that both groups will cooperate in sponsoring the event.
There will be dancing both in the Lowell dining hall and on a mammoth wooden platform to be erected in the large courtyard of Lowell House, it was announced.
The dance will climax a day of festivities, including the Harvard-Yale baseball game, an informal dinner for seniors, and a joint Band and Glee Club Concert in the Yard.
