Grad Council Will Hit Parietal Rules

Student enforcement of pariotal ruinse will be one of the main problems considered by the Graduate Student. Council, in its coming meetings, George Gibus 3G, new president of the Council, said yesterday, Gibian was elected president. Monday to replace Richard E. Kris 3G.

The Council is wary of replacing proctor enforcement by an honor system, of suggested by Dean Rogers, because of the unsavory obligation of tattling. The Council does favor extending the houring that women may be entertained in the dormitories without special permission is 12 p.m. on weekdays and 1 a.m. on Saturdays.

Gibian hopes to encourage a greater participation by undergraduate students in the Council election this April. He also believes the Council will take action to place maid service in grad dorms on a voluntary basis and thus lower the rents.
