Widener Changes Rule

Periodicals, which hitherto have circulated for a week, may not leave Widener again after April 3, Keyes D. Metcalf, director of the University Libraries, announced yesterday.

The Faculty Library Committee ruling comes as a result of a great many complaints by professors in the past year. The regulation is intended to prevent the loss of irreplaceable periodicals.
