Anna Louise Strong, expelled from Russia last year as a "notorious international spy," will address an open meeting of the Young Progressives at 2 p.m. today in the Phillips Brooks House parlor.

Former editor of the Moscow Daily News and an expert on the Far East, Miss Strong is on a lecture tour at the present time.

She is the only American woman to confer with both Stalin and Mao Tsetung.
