The freshman hockey team meets a strong Northeastern University unit at the Boston Skating Club at 7:30 a.m. this morning.
In seeking their ninth victory against two defeats and one tie, the Yardlings will have to continue the streak of excellent play exhibited in their last two games. Northeastern boasts a fast, well-rounded team, on a par with the Boston College sextet which tied the Crimson last weekend.
Some members of the Huskies' team, including the goalie, have played with the Junior Olympics, and are reportedly being eyed by the professionals.
A switch from the original schedule of the two teams accounts for the unseemly hour of play.
