Wrestling championship in all but one weight division will be decided in the last round matches of the House and freshman tournaments at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the Blockhouse.
Bob Wiley of Lowell won the House unlimited class yesterday by pinning Leland Johnson of Kirkland at 3:51.
Dave Bird of Kirkland and Bob Peters of Winthrop put on the best match of the preliminary rounds yesterday. Bird, behind for most of the time, staged a last round comeback before tiring and eventually losing, 9 to 7.
Fastest Pin
Fastest pin of the day went to 128-pound Don Keller of Dunster, who took just 55 seconds of the first round to mail Kirkland's Dick Liu.
In a low-scoring, well-wrestled bout, Guy McKhann of Dunster gained a close 2 to 0 decision over Dick Farrington of Leverett.
Moe Richardson of Winthrop, wrestling at 136 pounds, was too experienced for Bob Adams of Leverett. Richardson had little trouble posting a 7 to 0 victory.
In the freshman competition, Danny Thompson of Holworthy staged a fine exhibition of wrestling to decision Hollis' Les Rosenbaum, 9 to 4. Another good match found Ralph Maffei of Matthews South pinning Jim Constants of Lionel at 5:09.
