Burke Speaks at Relations Parley

Edward F. Burke '50, President of the Student Council, will lead a panel discussion of Discrimination at the second annual Human Relations Institute, which convenes tomorrow at Boson University.

The Institute, which is under the sponsorship of the National Conference of Christians and Jews and the National Student Association, will be officially opened at 11 a.m. by Kenneth Sills, president of Bowdoin College, and principal speaker.

Town Meeting

A town meeting on "Campus Community and Human Rights," the theme of the institute, will be the first event of the afternoon. Panel discussions of Discrimination, Student-administration Relations, and economic Barriers to Education will follow the town meeting.

University administration members who will serve as advisors for the afternoon panel discussion are Hugh Cabot '28, lecturer on Human Relations, Richard T. Gill '48, assistant dean of the College, Joseph A. Kahl, teaching fellow in General Education, and Radcliffe's Dean Small.
