After a three-week silence orgy, officials of the Radio Network are beginning to get optimistic about chances of resuming broadcasting under FCC regulations within a month.

Roger D. Milkman '51, president protem if the Network, announced yesterday that recent tests indicate that, by the use of radiation shielding, WHRB will be able to develop adequate reception with minimum radiation in "most of the Houses."
