Godfrey G. Howard '50 is the new chairman of the United Nations Council, retiring Chairman Paul L. Wright '49 announced last night.

Now vice-Chairmen are Edwin C. Jordan '50 and Arthur R. Kravitz '50. John Mansfield '51 is the new secretary, and Eli Kaminski 1G is treasurer.
