With its winning streak snapped by a 9 to 1 loss to the Boston College freshmen, the '53 hockey team heads for Concord, New Hampshire, today to try to avenge itself on St. Paul's School.
St. Paul's reputedly has one of the strongest school squads in New England and may give the freshmen some trouble. Aside from its loss to BC and a 3 to 2 upset by Melrose High, Coach Stan Priddy's squad has swept easily over the rest of its intercollegiate, prep, and high school opposition.
The freshmen will have an opportunity to offset the Arena loss to BC when it meets the Englets again a week from today.
The lineup:
Hubbard, lw; Greeley, c; Grant, rw; O'Brien, ld; Kierstead, rd; Corning, g.
