The varsity baskeball team leads off the double bill at 7:45 p.m. tomorrow night in the Arena when it takes on a mediocre Pennsylvania quintet. Boston College will face Boston University at 9:30 p.m.
Coach Norm Shepard's five, which beat Dartmouth, 60 to 58, at Hanover Saturday night, should not have too much trouble handing Penn its sixth League defeat in seven starts. The Quakers smothered the Green 83 to 42 but blew their next game to Cornell 54 to 35 and followed it up with losses to Columbia and Princeton.
Stars Injured
Penn Coach Howie Dallmar, who has been juggling his lineup all season, still has his set shot ace, six foot five Paul Fitzpatrick, and key pivot man, Captain Bill Harmon benched with injuries. Dallmar will probably rely on his lanky center Herb Lyons, who has been averaging 16 points, to lead the Penn attack.
The Harvard freshman quintet will meet Tabor Academy at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow afternoon in the Blockhouse. Coach Floyd Wilson plans to start John Canepa at right guard in place of Ed Judson.
