This morning Bromley K. Smith of the State Department, Cord Meyer, Jr., expresident of the United World Federalists, and John Swomley will discuss the question "Is U.S. Foreign Policy Leading to World Unity?" at 9 a.m. in Sanders Theatre.
Smith, appointed special assistant to Dean Acheson last January, was a member of the U.S. delegation to the San Francisco Conference in 1945 and attended the 1947 Foreign Ministers Council in Moscow.
