Ronald S. Berman '52, top middle-distance man on the varsity track team, will compete in the Pront Invitation 600-yard run in the Knights of Columbus meet, it was announced yesterday. The tourney is scheduled for the Boston Garden January 20.

Berman, who is also anchorman on the varsity's mile relay squad, is the first Crimson runner in over a decade to be asked to compete in an invitation event.
