To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

In reference to foreign students in Monday's editorial on "Roosevelt Scholarships" in the CRIMSON, for this year Harvard has a foreign-student percentage of 6.2 percent, which except for M.I.T., is the highest percentage of foreign students at any institution in the United States.
