The revision of Radcliffe's sign-out policy for seniors which tightens the "privilege" rule goes into effect today.

New rulings put the privilege of signing out without special permission for return after 1 a.m. on a one-term trial basis. No sing-outs for later than 5 a.m. will be allowed.

At mid-year the Dean's office and the Board of Hall Presidents will review the situation and remove the privilege in cases where there were violations.

A senior can now also sign out between 10 and 11 p.m. either in the company of another girl or if her date meets her on the doorstep. Permission for overnight absences must still be obtained from the house-mother.
