"American and the Schuman Plan" will be the subject of a lecture by Jacques Chastenet at 4 p.m. today in Room 100 of the Baker Library, opposite Soldiers Field.

Chastenet, a member of L'Institute de France, is visiting the Business School under the auspices of the Federation de L'Alliance Francaise. He has been co-manger of "Le Temps," and president of the Banque de L'Union des Mines. The lecture will be in English.
