Miriam Van Waters, superintendent of the Framingham Reformatory for Women, will speak on the "Treatment of Juvenile Delinquency" at 4 p.m. today in Emerson D. The Social Relations Society is sponsoring the talk and will also have a follow-up field trip to the Boston Juvenile Court tomorrow.
