Stoughton won the American League championship and Massachusetts won the National League championship in freshman intramural touch football yesterday afternoon. The Yard champion will be determined in a playoff Monday afternoon.

Massachusetts, undefeated this season, took the National League flag by crushing Hollis, 19 to 0. Straus suffered a double loss, to Matthews South, 21 to 0, and to Hollis by Forfeit, 1 to 0, when Straus lost a player after its first game with Matthews.

The cross country running event, worth 50 points toward the Straus Trophy for the winning dormitory, will be held at 3:15 p.m. tomorrow afternoon at Soldiers Field.
