Crimson, Tiger Offenses On the Move Saturday

Last Saturday, at Princeton, the varsity football team not only absorbed the worst drubbing in modern Crimson history but came back to score as many touchdowns as it had in its five previous games this season. Pictured here are some of the highlights of the game.

In the shot above, Dave Warden (44), having taken a shovel pass from Carroll Lowenstein is starting around left end.

Above right, several men left the ground at the same time in pursuit of the ball. Tryon (43) of Princeton was the man for whom the pass was intended, but Healey (18) of the Crimson knocked it down.

At the right, two strong men of the Tiger backfield, Kazmaier (42) (with ball), and Davison (34) (with scowl) tramp their way toward the Crimson defense. This end run was good for eight yards.

The seventh Princeton touchdown of the afternoon is shown below. Janotta was tackled too late for it to make any difference; he was already across the goal line.
