The case of the Harvard Lampoon had not come up when the Middlesex County Grand Jury concluded its November session yesterday.

Barring the possibility of a special session the Grand Jury will not be able to discuss the Lampoon until the first Monday in December, the next regularly scheduled meeting.

District Attorney George E. Thompson would not comment on whether or not the Poon will make the docket even at that time. "We're still waiting for more information," he said last night. "We want to clear this thing up as soon as possible," he added.
