Elizabeth B. Mulholland '52 of Cabot Hall and Charlottesville, Virginia, will serve as chairman of Radcliffe's Board of Hall Presidents for the academic year, it was announced yesterday.

The post entitles her to a seat on the Student Council in addition to her regular work as Cabot Hall president and now head of the dormitory residents' lawmaking body. The board also handles special disciplinary actions, although when sitting in its judicial capacity the president of Student Government acts as chairman.
