NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Student Council will sponsor a forum on Graduate Study Scholarships Abroad at 8 p.m. tonight in the Lamont Forum Room.

Speakers at the forum will include Crane Brinton '19, McLean Professor of Ancient and Modern History, on Rhodes Scholarships, John U. Monro '34, assistant to the provost, on Fulbright Awards, and Dean Bender on Harvard College awards.

The latter include the Lionel de Jersey Studentship at Emmanuel College Cambridge, the Shaw Travelling Fellowship, the Knox Memorial Fellowships, and and the Sheldon Prize Fellowships. Assistant Dean Wallace MacDonald '44, will preside at the meeting.

Fulbright awards constitute perhaps the second best source of opportunities for undergraduates here to study abroad. Approximately 300 of these scholarships are given annually to B.A. degree holders by the U.S. Department of State.
