Lamont Will Soon Inaugurate Musical Appreciation Hour

Damont Library will soon start a weekly music appreciation hour in its forum room, Philip J. McNiff, head librarian, reported yesterday. Talks by a member of the Music Department will accompany the series which will cover both popular and classical music. The idea for this program originated at Summer School.

Under a new policy Lamont is now holding book displays connected with exhibits elsewhere in the University, McNiff said.
