Two undefeated soccer teams will be trying to keep their slates clean this been as the Crimson meets Army on the Birdness School field. Paced by four linemen from last year's unbeaten Plebe eleven, the Cadets should be tougher than last season when they lost 3 to 1.

Bruce Munre's team, bearer to full strength than at any point this season, will match its passing game against the "kick and rush" offense of the Army. Both squads have averaged better than three gals per contest.. Army has beaten Brooklyn College and Coolland while tying Cornell; the Crimson has wins over Tufte. Haverford, Penn, and Connecticut.

High scorer for the Cadets is Carlos Ravelo, a fast center forward from last year's Plebes. Facing Ravele and his classmates will be a Crimson defense led y fullbacks Charlie Ufford and Ben Florin, who seems fully recovered from the ankle injury he received against Haverford.

Army's defense will get a similar boost with the return to active duty of right halfback Dan Wardrop, sidelined last week with an injury.

The Crimson's starting lineup will be the same as in last Tuesday's game with Uconn, with Benjy Godstein and Berk Johnson of the wings, Captain Ted Wolf and Charlie Weiss at insides, and Vern Drehmel at center.

Bob Harding will play center half, with Dick Miller and Latal Berger on the wings. Dick Craven will be in the goal.

Munro has a lot of halfback depth, with Pants Pantalconi available as well as Dana Getchell and Larry Leonard. Pantalconi, injured in pre-season practice, tested his sprained ankle against Connecticut.

This is the second year in a row that the Cadets are playing the Crimson away from home, on a field much bigger than the postage stamp field at West Point. This makes it easier for the Crimson to open up the game and solve Army's rugged style of play.
