Dr. Tingin F. Tsaing, Chairman of the Nationalist Chinese delegation to the United Nations. General Assembly and permanent member of the Security Council, has accepted an invitation to speak here December 5, the United Nations Council announced last night.
Tsiang's appearance will be part of a program of speakers sponsored by the Council that will include Sir Gladwyn Jebb, Dr. Ralph Bunche, and Sumner Welles.
The University is purchasing a United Nations flag to be flown next to the United States flag on U.N. Day, October 14, disclosed Secretary of the University David M. Little '18. The action was taken on the recommendation of the U.N. Council.
