Special student tickets for an address by John J. McCloy LL.B. '21, U.S. High Commissioner for Germany, are now available at Phillips Brooks House and the J. August store.

The speech, a major policy talk, will be given at the Copley Plaza Ballroom on Thursday under the auspices of the United Council on World Affairs, and is titled "Current Problems in Germany."
