"The Prescott Street Dining Room will probably remain closed for the rest of the year, a freshman food investigating committee disclosed today.
Acting on petitions which demanded the reopening of the Prescott Street Room, the committee talked to Dining Halls Manager William A. Beaman last Friday.
Beaman said that because fewer men were eating at the Union than usual this year, a saving had to be made in either food or labor.
