Harvard's chapter of the American Veteran's Committee unanimously passed a proposal last night to award the $850 Evans Carlson Memorial Fund to one or two Asiatic students studying in the University. At the same meeting Roy F. Gootenberg '49 was elected next year's chairman.

Other officers elected include Richard Lyman 2G, vice-chairman; Murray J. Rosenberg 2G, treasurer; Mary Rice, executive secretary, and Hershel R. Sarbin 2L, publicity chairman.
